After being sidelined by an injury and following a major health scare, I spent years struggling with poor eating habits, anxiety, daily physical pain, and believing I would never run or lift weights again. One day I decided to take back control of my life. I knew I needed to heal and strengthen my body from the inside out and it started with educating myself.
Applying everything I was learning, I honed in on the things I could do and made a ton of mistakes along the way. That is why I’m so focused on helping you avoid making the same mistakes I did that will hold you back from reaching your fullest potential with your health.
I truly believe the setbacks I encountered made me a more resilient and humble person. But more than anything, they ignited a genuine passion and empathy to help others conquer their "impossible" too.
When I’m not working as a trusted fitness and lifestyle expert, I love spending time making memories with my husband, our three beautiful kiddos and dog Lola.
Over the years, I’ve served as a fitness advisor and consultant for Women's Health, Men's Health, and GQ magazines as well as partnered with several nationally-recognized brands like Target, Telemundo, Nordictrack, and Beachbody. I love continually educating myself to help others and hold Personal Training and Sports Nutrition Coaching certifications through NASM, as well as VDOT & RRCA Running Certifications. I’m also a running and strength coach for iFit & NordicTrack, and a Beachboy Super Trainer. Throughout my career, I’ve created the popular and effective fitness programs: 30 Day Breakaway, Mes de Más, and All In 18, as well as other workout series like the “Inca Interval Series” in Perú. These programs combined have helped over 60,000 people get lasting results in a smart and sustainable way!
